Dall'inizio della Premier League, 58 stadi di calcio sono stati utilizzati per ospitare le partite, con un altro stadio destinato ad ospitare la sua prima partita nella stagione 2016-17. Il primo turno delle partite della Premier League si è svolto il 15 agosto 1992. 11 club hanno ospitato gli incontri di apertura. Dopo il disastro dell'Hillsborough nel 1989, il Taylor Report ha suggerito la rimozione delle terrazze permanenti per l'inizio della stagione 1994-1995. Esse furono sostituite da stadi a tutti i posti.
Quando il Fulham è uscito dalla Prima Divisione nella stagione 2000-2001, le terrazze sono tornate per un breve periodo. Questo ha dato loro più tempo per completare i cambiamenti. Per un po' di tempo hanno dovuto giocare a Loftus Road dopo che non erano stati fatti abbastanza progressi nella conversione di Craven Cottage. Sono tornati al loro terreno di casa dopo che i lavori di costruzione sono stati completati in tempo per la stagione 2004-05.
Lo stadio di Burnley's Turf Moor è diventato il 50° stadio della Premier League il 19 agosto 2009, dove hanno affrontato il Manchester United. Il Dean Court di Bournemouth è lo stadio più recente ad ospitare una partita di Premier League, quando hanno giocato la loro prima partita di Premier League in casa contro l'Aston Villa l'8 agosto 2015. Il prossimo stadio ad ospitare la sua prima partita di Premier League sarà il London Stadium, nuova sede del West Ham United, quando il 21 agosto 2016 il West Ham ospiterà il Bournemouth.
